Cuffs for a rim with no hole in it: a cross, a two-row and a three-row wrap and a plain domed band, about 8mm across. They are soft steel wire, so you ease them open or closed a little at a time until they sit snug.
Slide one onto the thin part of the ear and move it down to where the rim thickens. The four-pair box covers one of each shape; the ten-pair boxes add more tones.
